    CCS: Cardio + Sculpting
    Equipment: Loops + a mat. (Sub w/ weights or ankle weights if you don't have a set of bands.)

    Format: Cardio + sculpting on right side followed by left side. A total body workout w/ an emphasis on the booty.

    Equipment: Medium + Heavy weights + a mat.
