Equipment: No equipment, ankle/wrist weights to challenge
On Air is literally everything you want all wrapped up into 40-minutes. I made this slightly shorter as we typically do 24 minutes of cardio within our full length practice. If you PUSH IT, you can expect a sweaty, total-body cardio that incorporates classic CCS with a few heart-rate spiking breakdowns and transitions.
