  • Quick Burn: 23-min Milkshake (Grounded + Looped Lower Body)

    CCS: Sculpt (Grounded & Looped Glute, Hips & Inner Thigh)
    Equipment: Loops, heavy weights optional

    Milkshake is an 23-min. looped QB. that really targets the gluteal hamstring connection. You see and feel lifted.
