Valleys is a 18-min Quick Burn version of this week’s full length sculpting, In The House. I created this for those of you who are battling and just need to move. It’s fun with a great flow and a little sexiness, but there’s not much of a climb unless you really keep your motions sharp and focus on pulling those abs inward.
