Quick Burn: 17-min Ariel (Grounded Abs + Glutes)
Equipment: Light or Medium resistance loops (optional) and a mat. Modify with ankle weights or no equipment at all.
Ariel is a grounded sculpting workout that really hones in on the abs and glutes. I love it because while it's advanced, it can be modified for any fitness level. Challenge the abs with a lighter resistance loop (or nothing at all), OR target the glutes with our blue (medium) resistance loop!
