  • 12/3/18 Cardio (Workout 1)

    Episode 1

    CCS: Cardio + Sculpting
    Equipment: Light and heavy weights and a medium resistance loop.

    This workout includes cardio moves: side to side movement, L's, calf pumps, hip-pops and box jumps, with a killer, booty-focused clam shell, split squat and side lunge series!

  • 12/3/18 Sculpting (Workout 2)

    Episode 2

    CCS: Sculpting
    Equipment: Light weights

    This full-body workout includes our base, core sculpting moves that you'll see again and again both on the mat and standing.

  • Quick Burn: 25-min Standing Abs

    Episode 3

    CCS: Standing Sculpting
    Equipment: No equipment. Ankle/wrist weights can be utilized for a challenge.

    This workout includes basic, standing core-based CCS sculpting moves like, waist rotations, kick and twist, and side bends with leg abduction.

  • Quick Burn: 20-min Grounded Core Sculpt

    Episode 4

    CCS: Grounded Core Sculpting
    Equipment: Medium to heavy weights and a medium to heavy resistance loop. Can be modified with no equipment.

    This workout includes grounded upper body, abs, and glute work with weights and a loop.
