    Equipment: Light to medium, or one heavy weight. Can be modified with no equipment.

    This workout includes classic cardio and our standing core sculpting moves: side lunges with rotation, leg abduction, and wide squat into lunge.

    CCS: Sculpting
    Equipment: Light to medium weights. Beginners, modify with no weights.

    This full-body workout includes standing side and forward lunges, weighted side planks, a heel dig and upper body series with weights.
