    Episode 1

    CCS: Cardio + Sculpting
    Equipment: Light, medium or heavy weights and a mat

    This full-body workout flows from burpees into Hi-V's, a cardio series and ends with a breakdown along with standing sculpting to build endurance and core strength.

    Episode 2

    CCS: Sculpting
    Equipment: Light, medium or heavy weights and a mat

    This condensed, full-body workout begins with weighted and grounded 3x3 abs and moves into standing sculpting with a breakdown which includes: rotating lunges into wide second, airplane, side lunges into curtsey with a hop : )

  • Quick Burn: 16-min Grounded Cardio

    Episode 3

    CCS: Grounded Core Sculpting

    Equipment: Light to medium weights. Can be modified with no equipment. This workout includes a side plank rotation into a hip lift, side-lying and grounded abs and works it ALL - Specifically, the shoulders, core, glutes and back.

    CCS: Standing Core Sculpting
    Equipment: No equipment, just a mat

    This workout includes our standing sculpting flow sequence which opens up the hips, stretches the hamstrings and strengthens the core, hips, and back.
