CCS: Bodyweight Sculpting
Equipment: Light/medium weights, Medium Resistance loop, Challenge with ankle weights.
TSE is a grounded sculpting workout that begins with classic abs, basic weighted glute work and transitions to triceps dips, weighted core fold-over with obliques, and pushups/half plank and a straddle sequence.
Sore Spots: Obliques, Glutes, Rhomboids and traps (from supporting bodyweight and pushups).
