CCS: Sculpt (Grounded)
Equipment: A mat and Light and Heavy weights
Throwback is a weighted core, upper body and back sculpting session that is all grounded. I prefer to work the back slowly to avoid injury. You won't be a sweaty mess during this workout unless you utilize heavier weights. The transition from plank to Bow to extension and Pilates down dog is a tough one. Please modify if needed and tilt pelvis before you lift to plank (I cue this).
