Do you remember Bel Biv Devoe's song, Poison? It was my inspiration for this workout. Poison is a 25-min. grounded weighted and looped QB that tightens and lifts the bottom of the butt: Gluteus Maximus and Quadratus Femoris. I recommend pairing this with (or within 24 hrs ) of She's Dope. If your form is on point, she’ll leave her mark on your buns within 24 hrs.
