Twentynine is a 26-min core sculpt flow. You'll stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body through a plank series through Arabesque and Scorpion.
Feeling It: Low abs, triceps, Inner thighs, Rhomboids, Serrates Anterior and traps (from supporting bodyweight and pushups).
