    Equipment: Light weights + a mat. Incorporate 1 heavy weight during the standing sculpting for a challenge.

  • Quick Burn: 22-min Standing Abs

    CCS: Standing Core Sculpting
    Equipment: No Equipment. Can use ankle/wrist weights to challenge.
