CCS: Cardio + Sculpt
Equipment: Light to medium weights and/or one heavy weight (I recommend 8-15 lbs).
I was hit with a bit of movement block last week and this literally came to me at the 11th Hour, so I went with the name! You can expect 50 minutes of classic CCS - The cardio begins with a warm up, calf pumps, jog and knees up and moves into a brief but fun breakdown (Crazy Doll), walk-outs, pushups and see-saws. The weighted sculpting portion includes chop to squat, side lunge with an L and a kick-stand deadlift.
