    Feels Good is a 19-min Standing Core Quick Burn that includes Knee Lifts with a crunch, Kick and Twist, Side Bends, Pendulum Side Bends and Squat to Wide Second with a breakdown that's great for all levels.

  • Quick Burn: 21-min Perfect (Looped Cardio)

    Equipment: Medium resistance loop and a mat
    This is the perfect workout, imo. Perfect is a 23-min Quick Burn that includes cardio and standing and grounded loop sculpting. Push hard and you'll get a lot out of this one!
