CCS- Cardio + Sculpting
Equipment: Light (3-5lbs) & heavy (8-15lbs) weights + a mat.
Format: Cardio, push-up series, and standing sculpting on the right side and then repeated on the left.
- Power endurance cardio featuring The Coackroach
- Full push-up series with a see-saw to side bend lunge for core and upper body strength
- Standing sculpting with dumbells for core stability that hits the entire leg, core and lower back.
