    This workout begins with easy-to-follow cardio that gets the heart rate up, and moves into grounded bodyweight sculpting that targets the deep core. You may feel sore in the upper mid-back.

    This quick 14-min Quick Burn hones in on the glutes, hips and abs with extra resistance.

  • Quick Burn: 28-min Cardio + Sculpt

    Episode 5

    CCS: Cardio + Sculpting
    Equipment: Medium or heavy weights.

    This workout attacks the lateral muscles with lateral work through the cardio (hello, cardio fan kicks!) and abduction during the sculpting. Don't skip this one, it's a big piece of this week's Program : )
