    Format: Standing and grounded sculpting on right side followed by left side. Targets abs, triceps, gluten and legs.

    CCS: Sculpting
    Equpiment: Dowel (or broom) + heavy weights (use light weights to modify) + mat.

    **Please be very form focused during the heavy weight abs. It is better to modify with light weights than risk a low back injury due to bad form.

  • 5/7/18 Sculpting (Workout 2)

    Equipment: Medium to heavy weights + a mat.
